6 full marathon in 6 consecutive wks

6 full marathon 42km in 6 consecutive sunday
i am child specialist i started running at aug 2013 .before that i was very good swimmer.i swam 10 yrs everyday except sunday at taran pushkar 300 metre .
I rode cycle almost 8 yrs for 4 to 5 km .i go clinic by cycle in everyday evening.
Occasionally i ran to khajrana ganesh mandir 9 km in one month then one day i ran and walk 18 km in 2 hrs 45 min.
Dr pravar passi motivated me that u can run marathon. I ask i apply for 21 km first time then dr passi told me that u can 42 km .so i filled form for mumbai marathon2014.
Then i started running at malharashram ground .there were no coach i started running.no one have to guide me.
I slowly increased my running to 10 km to 30 km in 3 months.
Dr gs tuteja.dr jitendra baraniya madhvi baranjya hema vyas meghna vyas amarjeet tuteja was visiters at malharashram they boost up my moral .
One day dr tuteja told that vyasji u should practice for 42 km.
Ye bat mere man ko lag gayi ki 6 ghante me marathon karna hai to trial to karna padega.






15 dec 2013 i ran my first marathon of life.no celebration .no applause.no motivational group like super charger was there.i started running at 5 am .i ran in mobile light till 6 am .no one was there in ground .i know its risky .no lights in ground.
I finished 42 km at almost 11 am .i was happy .i dont know at that time about hydration and nutrition. i used to use only plain water and milk in between running and after running 500 ml milk i used to drink.no whey protein.
I was run with ordinary shoes at that time i didnt know name of ASICS shoes.
I ran two marathon at malharashram and 3 at davv ground and last at mumbai marathon 19 jan 2014 my first official marathon. i completed in 5.45 hrs.
I davv ground dr sangramsingh gives many tips after dr pravar passi dr sangramsingh gives various tips.they always ask for 32 km running but i was insisted to do 42 km everytime.
I know now i was wrong .rest is very important before any marathon .
After finishing my first marathon i was unable to walk with very difficulty i reached my brothers home at mumbai .
I write this blog because other runners dont do these mistakes.
After mumbai marathon 6 month i did only swimming and cycling.my ankle ligaments and muscles injured just because of 6 marathon in 6 wks.
I am very thankful to rajni kapadiya.she gave company for me last 10 km in last 3 marathon of davv
dr prakash doodhya. rohitashv jhanwer.sarita jhanwer.dheeraj doodhya.manish sharma sonal sharma runi vyoma all were coming regularly to boost me after 30 km of running. after 30 km i just walk and run occasionally.

my second ulta marathon 22 nov 2015

second ultra 50 km
when i did first ultra of life on 7 th nov2015 bangalore 50 km instead of 75 km i was  frustrated that i am loser and failure  that i didnt complete 75 km and i quit at 50 km and with walking only i finish 50 km in 9 hrs and 13 min then i have decided that i will do next ultra on 22 nd  nov with gap of 15 days.
i want to challenge myself that i can do it or not.
ideally its not advisable.atleast 15 days rest  required.i tried that in last 15 days once i pedalled 72 km otherwise i just walk and run only 5 km.
sanjiv razdan ji aur vijay sohni ji aur baki friends ne bhi samjhane ki koshish ki.
mere man me 15 din se ek hi target chal raha tha 22 nov ko 50 km karna hai even mujhe do teen bar sapne aa chuke the .sapne me ek bar 6 hrs me 50 k kar diya tha.
i am writing this because everyone take lesson from my blog that if u think about any big target u just think about 24 hrs definitely u will do it.actually 15 din se me mere mind ko train kar raha tha aur usaka hi fayda hua ki me 50 km kar paya .
will power
mental toughness
r more important than ur training .ur body power.
if ur not mentally tough and trained well even then u could not complete any difficult target.
running after 30 km body se nahi brain se ki jati hai 35 km ke bad mere toes me severe pain ho raha tha .avnish upadhyaya ji ne bhi samjhaya ki 42 km karke chhod do .maine kaha 42 km to hone do .
small small target bana kar running karna chahiye .
morning me 3.54 am par running start ki.at that time i was alone in davv campus .maine apne man ko samjhaya aur run karna chalu kiya pahale 5 km kiya fir 8 km kiya.i conviced my  brain that after 10km u will get 5 star toffee and banana then i plan i should keep pace 8 km per hr so in 2 hrs 16 km completed.
then i planned in 3 hrs 24 km .it also happen.
then i was happy that i can do it 26 km in next 4 hrs.
on 21 nov and before that i was having pain in right i was very feared how can i will complete 50 km with heel pain.i was in mood that i should declared my wife hema and group member that i could not try 50 k because of pain and tenderness in heel.
i hide fact otherwise everyone will try to stop me to doing 50 k.
21 nov i ate 5 chapati dal rice.curd rice
1 plate each.i ate double diet .i slept at 10.30 pm and woke up at 2.45 am .i got best wishes from sanjiv razdan ji and harish karda .i prepared my self before 3.35 am i have to leave home.i took 750 ml water and took one lemonade 300 ml 1 banana
i reached University 3.53 am .i didnt do stretching and start running after 30 min i feel hungry i ate first time two 5star   chocolate and one banana.
i nutrition and hydration is very important in marathon and ultra marathon .
 i prepared my fluid with only 1 pack of electrol in 1 litre water
no extra salt sugar and lemon and protein added
previously i used to make fluid with Ors whey protein salt sugar
yesterday event i drink 2 litres Ors water
10 bars of 5 star 10 gm each means 100 gms is equal to 400 cal.
i took 4 bananas 800 cal
and with Ors soln 52 kcal per litre 104 kcal
50 km i expend 4000 cal and i took 1300 cal .so i was dehydrated .i took 500 ml milk also .2 kg wt reduced because of dehydration which recover today
i am thankful to my all friends who run with me and motivated me to complete my second ultra

my TomTom watch stopped at 49.75 km with zero battery.
i did mild stretching for 2 to 3 min .i remove my shoes and barefoot i went to clinic i saw a patient .i climb stair  with difficulty.moderate to severe soreness was there in whole lower limb .i took hot water bath and  go to bed and take rest 1 pm to 4 pm .when pain start subsiding i took my wt .68.9 kg instead of 71 kg.
i immediately ate dal bafla dal chawal and 250 ml curd .after 7 pm i recover from pain.today morning there was mild ache so i walked 6 km in 1 hr
i didnt took whey protein today in morning pre or during or post marathon.
i took protein 15 gm in 250 ml milk at 7 pm

bangalore ultra marathon 7 nov 2015

on 6 th  i woke up at 5.30 am .and 7.40 am flight from indore to mumbai.we reached at mumbai 9.30 am then dr gs tuteja and myself wait for 2 hrs for next flight mumbai to bangalore from 12.30 pm to 2 pm
we went from airport to directly reliance trend in richmond road to collect bib.nice arrangement for bib collection within 10 min we free.then we went our hotel keys hotel hosur road .it was very for from airport 60 km approx .we reached hotel at 5 pm.driver of cab told as u can go hennur bamboo 3.45 am .
sanjiv rajdan dr tuteja and myself then leave hotel to see hennur bamboo forest by auto rixa.driver vinay was very kind and cooperative.i started google map.till hennur road no problem but after that trail started 4 to 5 km in dark night we r moving with auto .only jungle.very few people occassionally seeing.driver and all we confused i know only kingston county annexe.last 1 km we disconnect from google map.one good person want to help us we accept his help.we reached kingston county .then we ask about any race .no one knows.no sign board no lights .we feared that in dark night .we r unable to reached race site.we decide we will go but driver said we will try for 1 to 2 km .within 1 km we sees lights in jungle then ultimately we reached at bangalore performax race venue.at 8.45 pm
then we started for hotel we ate food at dhaba and reached hotel 10.45 pm till 11.10 we prepared our bib.water bottle.protein bar .we slept 11.10 pmand we wokeup at 1.15 am on 7 th nov .we have to reached at cubbon park before 3 am .we leave hotel 2.15 and we reached cubbon park 15 km away from hotel.we met no of marathoners at cubbon park .from where buses available for venue 3.15 am bus start and we reached at venue 4.40 am.35 km away from cubbon park.
race started at 5 am .all 280 participants have torch in their hand supply by organiser.dr gs tuteja and sanjiv rajdan also started same time.
in dark night forest we have walk only .there is no of places water lodged slush mud bushes r there.
marking r very good in whole track.
at 6 am natural light appear then we stopped our torch.
i planned strategy walk till 50 km and then i will run .i am walking with 6 km per hr.
hydration and nutrition arrangement was very good .i carry my 2 litre backpack with only Ors and lemon.i took bread sandwiches. banana.oranges .enerjal.after 10 km i took protein bar 70 gm with 20 gm protein
till 35 km second bar also i ate.40 gm protein i took i think it would be helpful but it cause catastrophic result .severe gastrointestinal disturbance occur.there were 2 toilet but no tissue paper or water was available.
even sugar and salt available but i didnt use with oranges.
normally i am preparing my fluid by 1 litre water 10 gm whey proteins.1 Ors packet.2 gm salt 10 gm sugar.1 lemon.
.i changed to only Ors lemon and water.this method was successful in cycling 200 km in 13 hrs 6 days before.
one more blunder by me i didnt take rest in last 10 days.
i rode cycling 200 km 6 day before event 1 nov
initially lap was 12.5 km so when we reached starting point 25 k completed
.then second lap 37.5 km and starting point 50 km completed.
when i completed 45 km volunteer told me that now 1 pm time so now u should run with 5 k lap.then i was frustrated because i have to reach starting point everytime 50.60.70 km.
in this event i apply for 75 k even if u complete 50 .then medal will be given for 50 k.
so i think that i dont have energy to run 25 k .even i run 10 k medal will be given for 50 .i was exhausted.so i quit at 50k.
for 75 km run 19 hrs was given by organizer.i was very upset because i rarely quit the race.
dr gs tuteja and sanjiv razdan also told me that now u should stopped. ur tired.
lesson from this marathon
dont change any pattern of nutrition. sleep.shoes.whatever ur using last 15 days in trial run u should do.no new experiment.
i changed my Ors solution
i never take protein bar previously
my ASICS shoes was new
i didnt take salt properly
at 2.30 pm we had food .food provided by organizer. then from bus we reached cubbon park.
from where we reached our hotel.we enjoyed lavish buffet dinner and next day buffet breakfast.
we enjoyed running.
